Fellow Americans, this is a call to action for President Obama to end the inhumane treatment of war-injured and impoverished homeless Veterans by his Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and demand that his Secretary, Robert A. McDonald, immediately declare Los Angeles to be in a "state of emergency" for homeless Veterans, or be fired, posthaste.
