(CHICAGO) – Sentencing Judge James Linn delivered a scathing rebuke to actor Jussie Smollett, as his hate crime hoax trial reached its grand finale this past week.

Judge Linn said that through his misguided actions, the ‘social justice’ actor has done severe damage to real victims of actual hate crimes, and proceeded to call Smollet a “charlatan,” a “narcissist” and a liar.

After his sentencing, Smollet threw a bizarre tantrum, maintained his innocence, and then shouting out to the courtroom and the cameras, “I am not suicidal!” Watch:
