As western nations are de-industrializing, while drowning in debt, they are demanding more pounds of flesh from their former colonies. But those days are over. And increasing defense spending, as a means of generating wealth, is not a sound strategy, but one requiring permanent war! China is not in decline, as it invests in physical wealth production, not pumping out funny-money to roll over bad debt. The west must reject neoliberal economic ideology, and learn from LaRouche.
